This Legal Secretary opportunity offers the chance to work closely with experienced attorneys on complex litigation matters while playing a key role in keeping cases organized, deadlines on track, and client service at the highest level.   • Manage complex attorney calendars in Outlook, including court deadlines, hearings, depositions, meetings, and case-related deadlines.
  • Prepare, format, proofread, and e-file pleadings, motions, discovery, declarations, and correspondence in California state and federal courts, with a focus on Los Angeles and Orange County filings.
  • Support all phases of litigation, including discovery, deposition preparation, expert witness coordination, and case file management.
  • Prepare tables of contents, tables of authorities, exhibit binders, and other litigation materials for hearings, motions, and trial-related proceedings.
  • Work independently to prioritize competing deadlines, anticipate attorney needs, and ensure matters progress efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical case files while assisting attorneys with document management and overall case strategy support.
  • Serve as a trusted Legal Secretary and litigation support professional with strong knowledge of California civil litigation procedures and court rules.
